Sport & Exercise

When it comes to sport and exercise, it can be difficult to know where to turn to for help. There's so many different places that are 'the experts'. The gym? A trainer? Maybe an app? Online information?

Some of us use exercise as a way to stay fit and improve our health. Sometimes we just exercise because we know we should - or so we can have that extra biscuit or treat in our day. Others just love their sport and the fitness from it is a bonus.

There's no point in exercising for your fitness just to feel more stiff or sore after. And what if you're wasting time on exercises that are actually making your sport harder or adding to your pain or stiffness?

You might have pain when exercising or doing your sport? Or you could be trying to increase your activity, running distance or time on the field? Are you trying to go faster, longer and recover better?

Whether it's a current injury that's giving you pain and holding you back, or something just not quite progressing as expected in training. Whatever your reason, it's a nuisance to be hampered by pain or a niggle you just can't sort.

How We Can Help

The most important thing is to find out your goals and how you are moving. And Step 1 of our 5 Key Steps does exactly that.

We focus on your body, your movement and your story.

We help you build a plan that works towards your goals.

Get back to complete confidence on the pitch. Know you can put every effort into that sprint, turn or tackle without the 'what ifs?'

Have confidence as you increase your running mileage that you're on the right track. That you're approaching your event date with a body you can trust. And you'll be enjoying the run on the day with no worries.

Be sure that you're putting your precious time into things that are helping you - be that for your fitness or sport performance. Stop wasting time on 'strength', 'flexibility', or 'stability' for the sake of it. Know that your exercise or training is helping you move better, feel better and perform better.

Don't let pain, injuries or even past injuries hold you back. Put your time where it will help give you the results you want.
